Membership Terms

Your membership

A paid membership is an open-ended monthly subscription with automatic renewal. Plans include base., essence., tone., sculpt. and lite.; the price, number and type of credits, and benefits of your chosen plan are shown before purchase. Drinks and other benefits are not included in every plan. Bespoke, gifted and complimentary memberships may have expressly agreed different terms.

Payments and credits

Payment is collected in advance for the next period. Your account shows the next payment date and amount. A paid renewal allocates new credits; unused standard credits do not carry over. Replacement credits issued following cancellation have their own expiry shown in your account.

Bookings normally open 30 days ahead, subject to availability in the schedule. Cancellations and moves are covered by the separate Cancellation Policy.

Deferring payment by one month

With an active paid membership, you can defer your next payment and allocation of new credits by one calendar month once during that membership. This does not stop you using your remaining credits: they remain available until the new date. A calendar month is not always 30 days; we show the exact new date before you confirm.

Moving payment by 1–14 days

Separately, you can move your next payment and allocation of new credits by 1–14 days once during the same membership. Each option has its own one-time allowance. The other option becomes available after the next paid renewal.

Confirm either change at least 24 hours before the scheduled payment. You need an active paid subscription; these options do not apply to complimentary memberships. Before confirmation, we show the original and new dates, amount and effect on credits. A plan change alone does not reset these allowances. A new subscription after the previous one has ended has its own allowances.

An individual suspension arranged by the studio is different and may also stop booking access. Its terms and dates are agreed separately.

Changing plans

A change scheduled for the next period takes effect at renewal. An immediate change charges the full price of the new plan and starts a new period; unused standard credits from the previous period do not carry over. We show available options, price, effective date and credit impact before you confirm.

Ending automatic renewal

Turn off renewal through subscription management in your account. Your membership ends on the date shown when you confirm; you can use available credits until then. There is no additional month’s notice or cancellation fee. Turning off renewal does not in itself refund payments already made. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Previously agreed terms and changes

These terms do not retrospectively reduce rights already agreed. If your existing contract included a more favourable annual pause entitlement, it remains in place; contact info@tonepilates.cz to use it when the account options do not support it.

Prices and contractual terms are not changed retrospectively. Any proposed change for a future period will be explained in advance with its effective date and termination options; where consent is required, we will request it. Publishing new website text does not itself replace an existing contract.
