These rules apply to everyone entering tone. reformer pilates studio, operated by Born Inspired s.r.o. Provider details are in the Terms & Conditions. They cover the studio and associated spaces, including partner venues hosting tone. events.
Location, opening hours and facilities
tone. reformer pilates studio is at Toyen 3410/3, Smíchov, 150 00 Praha 5. Current opening hours are available on tonepilates.cz. Finish your activity and leave by closing time. Opening hours may be adjusted to operational needs. Facilities include class and self-led exercise areas, reception, changing rooms, showers and toilets.
Safety
- Exercise responsibly and within your abilities. The studio’s statutory liability, including liability for personal injury and defective services, is unaffected.
- Follow these rules and instructions from studio staff and instructors. Failure to follow instructions may put people and property at risk; liability is assessed under applicable law.
- Stop exercising and inform staff if you experience pain or feel unwell. Do not exercise when unfit to do so. Anyone suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be asked to leave.
- Take care of your own safety and that of others. Exercise only in clean grip socks or without footwear.
- Children under 15 cannot use the studio for exercise. They may stay at reception only under continuous adult supervision. Anyone under 18 needs written consent from a legal guardian.
- You are responsible for damage to equipment caused intentionally or through gross negligence to the extent required by law.
Conduct and personal belongings
- Show your valid membership or booking when requested and follow entry checks.
- Do not provide instruction to other visitors unless you have an instructor agreement with the studio.
- Respect others’ use of the facilities. Inappropriate, aggressive or abusive behaviour may result in being asked to leave.
- Keep belongings in lockers. Avoid bringing valuables or large amounts of cash. Lost property is held for one month; contact reception promptly about missing belongings. Statutory liability for deposited belongings is not excluded.
- Do not remove cosmetics or electronic devices from the changing rooms.
- Respect the privacy of visitors, staff and instructors when taking photos or recording. Commercial or marketing use of the premises requires prior written permission.
- Serious breaches may result in refusal of entry or the end of participation in a class. Financial settlement depends on the circumstances and applicable law; it does not automatically forfeit all payments.
Not permitted
- Smoking or consuming alcohol.
- Eating outside reception; food and drinks consumed at reception must be purchased there.
- Inappropriate clothing or nudity in shared areas; outdoor shoes in the exercise room.
- Behaviour contrary to common standards of decency.
- Bringing your own instructors without studio accreditation.

- Adjusting ventilation, lighting or audio controls without permission.
Classes and cancellations
A booking is required. Late entry after a class starts is not permitted. Do not take exercise equipment out of its designated area.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the class to avoid a cancellation charge. Later cancellation or non-attendance forfeits the credit or payment already used; there is no additional penalty. See the Cancellation Policy for refunds, moves and studio cancellations.
Solo classes without an instructor
Solo classes are self-led with no professional supervision present. You must have attended at least one guided class at the studio or received instruction in using the reformer, understand resistance and spring settings, and be able to exercise safely on your own. The studio may restrict solo access if there are reasonable safety concerns.
- Use the reformer and equipment only for their intended purpose.
- Do not alter structural components.
- Set resistance and springs to suit your abilities and follow the safety instructions.
- Stop immediately if you feel pain, discomfort or dizziness.
- Report any defect or malfunction to staff without delay.
Updates, complaints and temporary closures
Operational rules may be updated for safety and the running of the studio. Updates do not retrospectively change agreed contractual rights or cancellation terms. Current rules are available at the studio and on the website.
Report service or equipment concerns to reception, an instructor or staff member, or email klara@tonepilates.cz. The complaints process is in the Terms & Conditions. Prevent damage and report defects promptly.
The studio or part of it may close temporarily for maintenance, repairs or private events. Planned closures are announced in advance at reception, on the website and on social media. If your class is cancelled, the studio-cancellation provisions of the Cancellation Policy apply.
