Provider and contact

tone. reformer pilates services are provided by Born Inspired s.r.o., registered with the Municipal Court in Prague under file C 430928. Contact: info@tonepilates.cz. The provider’s identification and address are shown below.

Orders and payments

We offer guided, private and self-led classes, memberships, packages, vouchers and events. Before you confirm an order, we show what it includes and the total price including applicable taxes. Check your order; you can correct errors before submitting it. Online payments are processed through a payment gateway. Bookings can also be arranged through the studio. Attendance requires a confirmed booking and the agreed payment.

Paid memberships renew automatically; the price per period, billing date and termination are covered by the Membership Terms. Packages do not renew automatically. Package and voucher validity is shown before purchase and in the confirmation. Order confirmations are sent electronically. Contracts can be concluded in Czech or English.

Cancellations and booking changes

On-time cancellation is at least 24 hours before a class. Later cancellation or non-attendance does not refund the credit or payment. The Cancellation Policy explains moves, replacement credits and studio cancellations. A change of instructor does not necessarily cancel a class; changes to the booked time will be communicated. Statutory remedies for defective services remain unaffected.

Safety and studio rules

Follow the studio rules, instructor guidance and your own health limitations. Tell us about relevant limitations before exercising. Solo classes are self-led and require familiarity with safe use of the equipment. Stop exercising if you experience pain or danger and contact the studio.

The studio may end participation in a class for dangerous or seriously disruptive behaviour. Any financial settlement is assessed according to the circumstances and applicable law; it does not automatically forfeit all payments. Liability for personal injury, damage and defective services is governed by law and is not excluded by these terms.

Statutory withdrawal

Contractual booking cancellation is different from statutory withdrawal. Leisure services booked for a specific date are subject to the relevant legal exception to the 14-day withdrawal right. That exception does not automatically apply to every membership, package or voucher.

For a distance contract not covered by an exception, consumers may withdraw within 14 days of concluding it. Send withdrawal to info@tonepilates.cz or the provider’s address, identifying yourself, your contact details and the order. An unambiguous statement is sufficient: “I withdraw from the contract for [service/order], concluded on [date], name and contact [details].”

If services begin during that period at your express request, withdrawal may require only the legally permitted proportionate payment for services already supplied. The right expires after full performance only if all legal conditions are met, including prior express consent and acknowledgement. Refunds following valid withdrawal are made within the statutory period using the same payment method unless another method is agreed without additional cost to you.

Complaints

Make a service complaint at the studio or at info@tonepilates.cz. Include your contact details, booking or order, the issue and your requested remedy. We provide confirmation of receipt and subsequently the date and outcome, including reasons for any rejection.

We resolve complaints, including correction of the defect, without undue delay and within 30 days unless a longer period is expressly agreed. We notify you of the outcome. Rights to a remedy, price reduction or withdrawal depend on the defect and applicable law.

Alternative dispute resolution

If we cannot resolve a dispute directly, consumers can apply for alternative dispute resolution through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority. Information and applications: https://coi.gov.cz/informace-o-adr/. Your right to take the matter to court remains unaffected.

Personal data and applicable terms

Our separate privacy policy explains how personal data is processed. Marketing consent is not required to buy a service.

The terms available when you order and any individual agreement form part of your contract. Newly published terms do not retrospectively reduce previously agreed rights. Any difference between language versions will be resolved without limiting statutory consumer protection.
